At your complimentary virtual consultation, you’ll meet with Lisa to discuss your hormone imbalances, medical history, medications, and goals. We want to ensure our program fits your needs and has a strong chance of success. Click here to schedule your free consultation.

Detailed assessment & treatment plan

After your free virtual consultation with Lisa, if we agree together that this program is a good fit, the next step is to schedule your Initial Acupuncture Appointment. During this visit, Lisa will conduct a thorough review of your medical history and will consider other relevant factors to identify the root cause of your condition. Based on the goals you’ve discussed, we will develop an appropriate treatment approach.

Following this assessment, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment and a personalized treatment plan, which will include easy-to-follow instructions. Your treatment plan will also feature dietary and lifestyle adjustments, along possibly with herbal supplements to help address the root of your mental-emotional concerns.

Treatment & symptom resolution

You’ll return for weekly visits to receive extra support as your mind and body settle into a healthier rhythm. We want to make sure your treatment plan is helping you experience:
– A calmer, more balanced mood
– Improved mental clarity and focus
– Reduced stress and anxiety
– Better, more restful sleep
– More “good days” with steady energy and emotional resilience
– A greater sense of inner stability and ease

Each visit will also include acupuncture to help regulate your nervous system, restore emotional balance, and support long-term mental well-being.

Transitional care as improvements are maintained

Once we see consistent improvements, we will start spacing out your visits. This usually happens after 8 to 12 visits, with individual timelines varying. We’ll transition from weekly visits to every 10 to 14 days, then monthly, and eventually to as-needed appointments for “tune-ups.” We’re also here to help with any other healthcare concerns you may have. Many patients opt for regular maintenance, and we’re happy to support that if you wish.
